The personal account on general.md brings all your policies together in one account — MTPL, the Green Card, CASCO, travel insurance and more: people, vehicles, companies, renewal reminders and online renewal in a few minutes. Here's how each section works.

All your insurance policies, in one account

As the number of your insurance policies grows, it becomes harder to keep track of validity periods, documents, and renewal dates. You may have MTPL for your own car, a CASCO policy for another family vehicle, travel medical insurance for your child, or accident insurance for a parent. Each one has its own expiry date and its own set of details.

The personal account gives you a clear overview of all your insurance policies. From a single account, you can manage policies, people, vehicles, and companies, without searching for documents or filling in the same details every time.

Add your family members

The personal account is designed to manage your whole family, not just one person or one policy. In the People section, you can add as many family members as you need, each with their own details saved separately, but managed directly from your account.

Important: You no longer need to create a separate account for every family member when you want to buy them a policy. You add the person once, and from then on you can purchase any product from the catalogue on their behalf.

Add your vehicles

If your family owns more than one car, you no longer need to enter each vehicle's details every time you make a purchase. In the Vehicles section, your car details are saved from the start and can be reused whenever you want to buy or renew an MTPL, Green Card, or CASCO policy.

You save time and reduce the risk of entering incorrect information.

Add your company as well

If you run a company, a farming business, or a small fleet of vehicles, the Companies section works the same way. You enter the company's details once, then use them quickly for any relevant policy, from general liability to agricultural insurance.

Policies and transactions, one click away

Once you've added your people, vehicles, and company, managing everything becomes simple and intuitive:

• "My Policies" shows you all active policies, regardless of who they were purchased for.
• "Transactions" keeps a record of your payments, which is useful whenever you need to quickly check how much you paid and for which policy.

Never miss a policy renewal again

One of the most useful features of the personal account is the notification system. Before a policy expires, you receive a notification reminding you that it's time to renew. This reduces the risk of driving without valid coverage or losing continuity of protection, whether it's your own policy or a family member's.

Once you receive the notification, the renewal process is simple. Your details as a person, vehicle, or company are already saved in your account, so you don't need to fill in the forms from scratch — you choose the product, confirm the existing details, and pay.
