Green Card insurance legal terms

Before paying for the insurance policy, we bring to your attention several useful and important pieces of information. Please read them carefully, then confirm the options at the end of this page.

The information below is a condition for the online issuance of the General Asigurări Green Card insurance policy, and the accuracy of the answers may affect the insurance coverage. The correct and complete provision of the information below is entirely the responsibility of the Insured. If the situation of the insured persons does not correspond to any of the declarations below, the insurance policy cannot be issued online. Please contact a General Asigurări representative – contacts here, providing the additional information we will request from you for the proper assessment of the risk.

The Green Card policy issued by CA General Asigurări S.A. is voluntary insurance covering expenses incurred during trips abroad caused by injury and / or unforeseeable illness of the insured persons.

Declaration on own responsibility:

I declare that, at the time of concluding the insurance:

• The vehicle is in good technical condition and has not been involved in accidents;
• It is located on the territory of Moldova at the time of this request.
• All information provided is true and no circumstance that could influence the risk has been left undeclared.
• I acknowledge that any incorrectly or incompletely declared information may lead to the cancellation of the right to compensation;
• I acknowledge that the insurance policy does not cover events that occurred before it entered into force;
• I agree to the application of the limitations and exclusions provided in the insurance conditions;
• As the Policyholder, I declare that I have the legal capacity to conclude the Insurance Contract;
• I declare that I am not subject to any national and / or international economic or trade sanctions, and I am not aware of any circumstance that could give rise to such sanctions;

NOTE

If the situation of the vehicle and of the insured person does not correspond to any of the declarations above, the insurance policy cannot be issued online. If you wish to cancel the insurance policy, this can be done at least 24 hours before it enters into force, only at the General Asigurări Territorial Offices – contacts here.
